Product Description

 

1. Description

D658 is a kind of high-chromium cast iron surfacing electrode: excellent abrasive wear resistance, working temperature up to 650ºC, AC/DC applicable,
stable arc, almost slag-free.

2. Application

Uses: For severely worn parts and high-temperature wear components.

3. Attention

1. Pre-welding Preparation: Bake the electrode at 300-350ºC for 1 hour before use.

2. Worn Parts Treatment: Before surfacing wear components, remove the fatigue layer or treat it with water toughness. 

3. Ventilation: Due to significant yellow smoke produced during surfacing welding, ensure adequate ventilation and operate in a well-ventilated area.

4. Inner Packing

• 2.5mm x 300mm: 5kg per inner box + plastic bag
• 3.2mm x 350mm: 5kg per inner box + plastic bag
• 4.0mm x 400mm: 5kg per inner box + plastic bag
