Packing:15kgs/coil, 72coils/pallet,Packing timely according to the packaging quality requirements after winding.
In each plate of welding plate,it must be marked with product certificate,on which there should be product batch number,model, specification, weight, date of production and manufacturing factory. Product certificate must have the quality inspector's signature.
Packaging tightly with heat shrinkable plastic film on the special packing machine.
The heat shrinkable plastic film after sealing must be intact,if there is leakage,it must be rework.
The sealed wire shall be promptly put into the box. And fill in with the batch number and production date. Then confirmed and stamped by the quality inspector.
The welding wire which have been packaged in the box should be stacked on the special tray of 1150×860. Each layer is 12 tray(3 x 4), a total of five layers, a total of 60 plate, the total weight is 1.2 tons(20kg each plate) or 900kg(15kg each plate).
Instruction:E71T-1 is CO2 gas-shielded flux cored welding wire with titanium type,used for comprehensive welding, for downward welding,with little spatter,stable welding arc and little soot, with well welding slag fall, beautiful welding line and can abtain high speed welding.
Use: Used for the welding of carbon steel and 500MPa level of trixiality .

NOTE: Self-shielded flux core wire is used for all-position welding, With little spatter, warming electric arc, easily moved slag and excellent appearance!
APPLICATION: It is suitable for semi-automatic welding where the impact tenacity is not applicable. It is used for the thin plate of welding with single pass welding, overlap welding, angle welding and butt welding.
Dry extension of electrode should be controled between 15mm and 25mm.
