Product Description
1. Description:
D256 is low hydrogen potassium type coating of high manganese steel surfacing electrode, AC and DC can be used (AC welding, no-load voltage not less than 70V), surfacing should adopt a small current, narrow welding, while red hot Immediately hammer or water quench to reduce the tendency of cracks.
2. Application:
Applicable to all kinds of crusher, high manganese rail, bucket, bulldozers and other parts subject to impact and easy surfacing.

1. Description:
Used for welding in all position, it has excellent weldability and is suitable for welding low carbon steel light-gauge sheet or light structrues where beautiful bead apperance is requested. Such as vehicles, building and mechinery etc.
2. Inner packing:
1) 2.5mm X 300mm, 5kg/inner box + plastic bag
2) 3.2mm X 350mm 5kg/inner box + plastic bag
3) 4.0mm X 400mm, 5kg/inner box + plastic bag
4. Certificates: ISO9001 and CCS(China classification society)
5. The slag is fuil and when hardened. It is compact and easy to remove.
